We open orders every Monday and close them Tuesday night, then bake that same week — so your cookies are never more than a day or two out of the oven. Batches are limited, and when they're gone, they're gone until next week.

How do I place an order?
Three ways: call or text us at 305-770-8281, DM us on Instagram @littlebakesbyjose, or use the order form above. Orders open every Monday and close Tuesday night, and we confirm each one personally.
How do I get my cookies?
Local pickup in Miami on Saturday or Sunday. When we confirm your order we'll send you the exact time and spot. We're keeping it pickup-only for now so every box goes out fresh — we'd rather do one thing properly than do everything halfway.
Why can't I order any day of the week?
Because we bake in real batches, not to stock a shelf. We collect orders Monday and Tuesday, mix the dough Thursday, let it rest overnight, and bake Friday. That rest is what makes the texture what it is — and it's why your cookies are never more than a day or two old when you get them.
How much do they cost?
One box of 6 cookies is $24. Every box is baked fresh for that week's orders and packed by hand. Want more than one box? Just tell us how many in the form and we'll confirm.
What about allergies?
Our cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and may come into contact with nuts. Always let us know about allergies when ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can safely accommodate you.
How should I store my cookies?
Honestly? They rarely survive long enough to be stored. But if they do: an airtight container at room temperature keeps them perfect for 3–4 days, and 10 seconds in the microwave brings back that fresh-from-the-oven magic.
